Report abuse, rights issues, impersonation or removal requests.
This is a local pre-publication draft only. It creates a visible public takedown flow for review, but does not activate a real operational inbox, publish profiles, collect real data or approve launch. Final contact/process needs Diogo approval before production.
Use this process for
- minority, age ambiguity or any under-18 concern;
- lack of consent, coercion, exploitation, abuse or trafficking concern;
- impersonation or a real person listed without authorization;
- stolen, scraped, leaked, pirated or rights-infringing material;
- malware, phishing, illegal services or unsafe external links;
- creator-requested profile correction, pause or removal.
Include if safe to share
- profile name/URL or link being reported;
- what is wrong and which safety category applies;
- whether you are the creator, authorized representative, rights holder, person depicted or a third-party reporter;
- a safe contact method for follow-up;
- any evidence needed to understand the report, without sending explicit material unless strictly necessary.
Immediate pause criteria
Any plausible report involving minors, age ambiguity, lack of consent, impersonation, exploitation, abuse, stolen content, leaks, malware or illegality should cause the relevant profile/link to be marked paused or removed from public display while reviewed.
Operational review steps
- Log report date, profile/link, reporter contact, safety category and current profile status.
- Pause or remove the profile/link immediately if the report is plausible and safety-critical.
- Ask for minimal extra information only when needed to resolve the report.
- Remove/correct if the issue is confirmed or cannot be safely disproven.
- Do not discuss sensitive report details publicly.
- Prioritize safety, consent and legality over traffic, paid placement or growth.
Service target draft
Initial operational target: safety-critical reports should be paused as soon as practical after review by an operator. Final response-time commitments should be set only after the real contact channel and coverage are approved.
